Return & Refund Policy

In cases where, due to proven fault of Salchemists.gr, products of poor or defective quality were sold, or an error occurred in processing the order or invoicing, the Company assumes full responsibility for replacement or return costs, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product remains intact and unused.
  • It is accompanied by its original packaging and relevant documents (receipt or invoice).
  • No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the date of receipt.

Inspection Process

To determine whether a product is defective, please send us photos of the product by email at info@Salchemists.gr. The relevant department will review your request and inform you accordingly.

If a product is sent to us without prior communication and confirmation, shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer, and the Company reserves the right to refuse receipt.

Exceptions

Returns are not possible for products that have been produced or modified specifically for the customer, such as personalized items or made-to-order products.

Once it has been confirmed that the return conditions are met, the new product will be shipped or the refund process will be completed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase:

  • Card payment → refund to the same payment method.
  • Bank transfer payment → refund to the same bank account.

The consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force).

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is accepted only before the products have been shipped, via phone or email at info@Salchemists.gr.

If cancellation occurs after shipping has begun, the customer bears the shipping costs.

In the case of a product return, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, who may choose the shipping method. Refunds are completed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
