Returns & Cancellation Policy

In cases where, due to proven fault of Salchemists.gr, products of poor or defective quality were sold, or an error occurred in order taking or invoicing, the company assumes full responsibility for replacement or return costs, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product remains  intact and unused.

  • It is accompanied by its  original packaging and the  relevant documents (receipt or invoice).

  • A period of  more than 14 calendar days has not passed since the delivery date.

🔍 Inspection Procedure

To determine if a product is defective, you will need to send us photos of the product to the email:  info@Salchemists.gr.
The responsible department will review your request and inform you accordingly.

⚠️ If a product is sent to us without prior communication and confirmation, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer, and the company reserves the right to refuse delivery.

🚫 Exceptions

Returns are not possible for products that have been produced or modified  specifically for the customer, such as personalized items or custom-made products.

Once it has been verified that the return conditions are met, the new product will be sent to you, or the refund process will be completed.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are made using the  same payment method used for the purchase:

  • Card payment → refund to the same payment method.

  • Bank transfer payment → refund to the same account.

The consumer has the right of withdrawal  within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force).

❌ Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is accepted  only before the products are shipped, by phone or via email to  info@Salchemists.gr.

If the cancellation occurs  after shipment has begun, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

In case of product return, the return costs are borne by the customer, who can choose the shipping method.
The refund is completed  within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
